Fall 2008 Season

 

"This season’s game play is an excellent opportunity for all teams and players to further develop skills and have fun while playing in a competition structure.

Saturday, October 04

9:30am             Youth Netball

10:45am           Finches Vs Blue Herons

12:00pm           Jets Vs Star Bucks

 

Youth Netball will start this weekend for kids 5+.  We will have some fun skills and drills activities and a modified game of netball.  No experience is necessary and it is FREE so please help spread the netball word and get as many friends and family members there as possible.

YOUTH PLAYERS WANTED!

                                                                    

We are looking for players of all ages to start a Youth Netball League.  No experience is necessary as full coaching of the game will be provided.  Teams will be allocated based on age and experience.  If your child is interested in playing youth netball please contact development@seattlenetball.com

 

 

Training

 

Trainings are open to everyone and no experience is necessary.

 

West - training will be at Ballard Community Center, 6020 28th Ave NW, Seattle 98107 on Thursday evenings from 7pm - 8:45pm.  

East - training will be at Spiritridge Elementary School gymnasium, 16401 SE 24th Street, Bellevue 98008 on Wednesday evenings.  Due to the unavailability of the gym these trainings will not commence until October 8 subsequent trainings will be on October 22, November 5 and November 19.  Trainings other than the dates listed will be at Ballard Community Center however this is subject to change.

Are you interested in coaching or umpiring?

 

If any one is interested in coaching or umpiring this season please let me know. We have club members experienced in these areas and we will be happy to organize teaching sessions.

 

This year spreading the netball word to schools is high on the priority list. If anyone can assist with teaching in schools either during school hours or as an after school program please let me know as it would be nice to have a standard format that we are teaching.
